"The Journey of Life through Vision and Verse"
Exhibition Dates: November 6, 2024 – Jan 3, 2025
Welcome to "The Journey of Life through Vision and Verse", an art and poetry exhibit that delves into the profound power of storytelling as a means to preserve, understand, and celebrate our diverse personal and cultural narratives. Through the intertwining of visual and literary arts, this exhibit aims to illuminate the rich tapestry of human experience, transcending the boundaries of language, geography, and age.
From a diverse range of mediums, each artwork serves as a vessel for stories that are both unique and archetypal.
We invite you to explore the quest for meaning and understanding that artists and poets examine with their work. Understand the drive to make creative connections between the inner spiritual and outer material world through the stories presented in this exhibit.
Participate in our docent led artist talks, where artists and poets share their insights into the transformative power of storytelling through creative endeavors. We will be hosting free creative engagement programming about journaling using prose, poetry and multifaceted art techniques for participants to explore their own stories.
